Celebrating 8 years of being “Hero of the Masses” WazobiaFM changed the way media and brands relate with the masses using pidgin to build strong connections with the Mid-low class citizens.

All roads lead to Muri Okunola park for this cultural carnival, the largest celebration of its kind by any private organization. The WazobiaFM carnival will attract over 5,000 attendees, 43 percent of whom will travel from different parts of the state to attend.

A multi-generational celebration, the Carnival offers Nigerian food, fashion, commerce, comedy, music, history and interactive activities for families. The WazobiaFM Carnival! includes Kasuwah (Marketplace) attracting over 60 vendors, 4000 customers, more than 100 volunteers and is strongly supported by the Lagos state government as it coincides with the Lagos @ 50 celebrations.

The Kasuwah will include a huge service area where food, fashion and business competitions will take place. There will also be a huge stage for the music and comedy concert which feature all top music and comedy stars.
